Description
Marnys Lavender Essential Oil, obtained by steam distillation of the flowers. Perennial shrub of the Labiadas family, with woody stems and provided with hairs. It is a common plant in the Mediterranean basin, which usually hybridizes giving rise to more resistant species. It usually grows in very dry places with a calcareous nature. Although it may not seem like it, lavender is a member of the same family as mint, and is a “distant relative” of rosemary, sage and thyme. It is a good idea to use it to complement these herbs, as it combines very nicely. A primary recipe for lavender is tea, which is soothing and refreshing, or also by adding a few drops of the essential oil to the apricot jam. It is recommended to always take diluted in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, …). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
