Marnys Myrrh Essential Oil obtained by steam distillation of the resin. Myrrh is a resinous aromatic substance. It is obtained by making an incision in the bark of the Commiphora abyssinica tree from which exudes a gummy resin, yellow in color that when dried has irregular shapes and a reddish-brown hue. It grows in northeast Africa, in Arabia. It belongs to the botanical family Burseraceae. It was a very precious asset in ancient times. It has a pungent taste and sweet smell, which will make recipes that use myrrh stand out for its bitter touch, but pleasant to taste. It is recommended to always take diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, …). Maximum 1 time a day.
