Description
Perennial shrub that can reach 30 cm in height. It has small, curved lanceolate leaves. The stem is woody and the branches are ascending. The flowers are pale pink and grouped in dense inflorescences. Thyme vulgaris qt thymol is one of the 6 thyme chemotypes identified by Passet, Granger and Vernet. It grows in the south of France (mainly in Provence) in calcareous soils.It is recommended to take 1 drop on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil) 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops – 120 mg. For respiratory infections, spread the following mixture: 1/ 3 AEQT Thyme qt thymol + 1/ 3 AEQT Eucalyptus radiata + 1/ 3 AEQT Lavender.Seek advice from a health professional.
